Dimensional Designs specializes in 3D printing, 3D modelling, and laser engraving services.
We offer:

Digital Products – downloadable 3D model files (e.g. STL or OBJ files).
Physical Products – printed or engraved items based on our designs or your custom requests.

These Terms apply to all transactions made through our website or directly with us.

2. Use of Products

By purchasing from us, you agree that:

Our designs and files are for personal or approved commercial use only, depending on the license provided.
You will not reproduce, share, resell, or redistribute our digital or physical designs without written consent.
You will not use our Products for illegal or harmful purposes.

3. Product Information

We strive to present all products accurately. However:

Colours, materials, and finishes may differ slightly from images due to variations in manufacturing, lighting, or screen displays.
Dimensions and details are approximate unless otherwise specified.
For custom orders, you are responsible for ensuring all information and specifications provided to us are correct.

4. Digital Downloads

Digital products (e.g. 3D model files) are delivered electronically after payment.
All digital sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
You are responsible for ensuring your software or printer can use the file formats provided.
Redistribution or resale of any digital files is strictly prohibited without express written permission.

5. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

For custom 3D models or engraved items:

We may require design files, sketches, or measurements before starting work.
Once the design process begins, cancellations or refunds are not available.
You grant us permission to produce the custom item using the information you provide.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include taxes where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment providers.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time before an order is confirmed.

7. Shipping and Delivery (Physical Products)

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for postal or courier delays.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

8. Returns and Refunds

Digital Products: Non-refundable after download or access.
Physical Products: Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
Approved returns must be sent back in original condition and packaging.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, models, and website content are the property of Dimensional Designs.
Purchasing a product does not grant ownership of the underlying design—only a limited license to use it as described.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial reproduction is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dimensional Designs is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Losses caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, or modification of our products.
Compatibility issues arising from customer equipment or software.

11. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
